The resort has a beautiful private garden where is a part of the west lake. The resort is worthy of a half day tour. The bed is soft and comfortable.
There was no air condition at 82F degree. The room was lack of maintenance. The window screens were broken, and unable to open for changig air when air condition was not working.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, situated right on the lake in beautiful gardens. It provides a serene and private atmosphere, away from the crowded touristy areas. The hotel facilities were excellent, with newly renovated and well-maintained amenities. We particularly enjoyed going for long walks in the exceptionally beautiful garden surrounding the hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, providing a guided tour to explore the local area, including the G20 locality. The breakfast provided was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience.
Not obvious to find.

This hotel is located in a touristy area, just like some other hotels in the West Lake area, which adds to its charm. Not only that, it has the distinction of hosting the G20 a few years ago. The hotel is directly on the lakefront, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. The beautiful Chinese garden surrounding the hotel is a mystical sight, especially at night. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is delicious and the staff is helpful and friendly.
There is one downside to this hotel - the lack of a bar or lounge at night to relax and unwind.

I had a wonderful time at a traditional Chinese luxury hotel directly on the West Lake shore. The location was incredible, with easy access to LeiFeng Pagoda and the old city. The private boat ride on the lake was a must-do and offered breathtaking views. The service was authentically Chinese and the breakfast buffet was remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Hangzhou, I had the pleasure of experiencing the most incredible views of West Lake. The hotel is situated on a stunning part of the lake, away from the city's hustle and bustle. I felt like I had stepped back in time, with the beautiful green space and traditional Chinese-style buildings. Waking up early in the morning, I was able to capture breathtaking pictures of the serene lake, just as it must have looked many years ago. The hotel even has its own dock for lake traffic, adding to the charm.
Although the rooms may have had a slightly dated interior, they were clean and comfortable. The private garden exclusive to hotel guests allowed me to enjoy leisurely walks around the lake, adding to the tranquility of my stay.
